Results Day August 2021

Scott College’s students celebrate results Tuesday 10th August 2021

Sixth Form students at Scott Medical and Healthcare College celebrated their results today. Despite a disrupted period, the students have shown great resilience and all the students have been successful in securing their first choice destination.  

Scott College specialises in preparing young people with the skills and experience to work in the healthcare sector and 81% of students have gained a place to work or study a form of healthcare profession, with 25% of the academic pathway achieving a place in Medicine and with others going into areas such as Law, Physics and the Armed Forces. 

Ben Morgan achieved A* A* A B  and Josh Staley achieved A* A* A  and will both study Medicine at Anglia Ruskin University.  Katie Crocker, Danielle Harrison, Millie Lord and Lucy Hollinshead all earned a D*D*D* grade in Health Studies, the highest award available.  

Naomi Leech, Headteacher, Scott Medical and Healthcare College commented: “Our Year 13 students worked tirelessly for the assessments and their grades reflect their preparation and efforts. We have exceptional links within the healthcare sector and we are delighted that the majority of our students have achieved their first choice to work or study in this industry.
