STUDENTS SHINE ON AND OFF THE SLOPES ON SKI TRIP TO FRANCE

Just before the Christmas break, 37 students from across campus recently went on a ski trip of a lifetime, and it was nothing short of fantastic!

The journey was marked by impeccable behaviour, mutual support on the slopes, and the forging of new friendships across school lines and year groups.

Throughout the entire trip, the students represented their schools admirably, displaying politeness and respect towards the ski instructors, bus drivers, and the ski representative. They went the extra mile by collaborating to tidy up after each meal, showcasing a commendable sense of responsibility.

The ski adventure was no easy feat, demanding both physical and mental resilience. With 5 hours of skiing daily across three different areas, the challenges were met with determination. Despite the demanding conditions, the students persevered, pushing themselves to new limits. The week culminated in a well-deserved reward as each student showcased incredible progress in their skiing abilities, relishing the joy of gliding down the slopes.

Beyond the exhilarating skiing experiences, the students also enjoyed social activities. An evening at the bowling alley added a touch of fun to the week, and a pizza night provided a delightful conclusion to the trip.

As the journey home echoed with positive comments, it was evident that the students cherished the memories created during the ski trip. Many expressed eagerness for future adventures, highlighting the success and enjoyment derived from this remarkable experience. The trip not only fostered a love for skiing but also left a lasting impact on the camaraderie and spirit amongst the students. Here's to more successful and memorable journeys in the future!
