Scott student, Erin, shines in Beauty & The Beast Production
We are delighted to extend heartfelt congratulations to Erin, one of our exceptionally talented students at Scott School, for her outstanding achievements in the world of dance and musical theatre.
Erin's journey began at the tender age of 4 when she first expressed her desire to be part of pantomimes after being captivated by the magical performances each year. Little did we know that this early passion would blossom into a remarkable journey of dance, acting, and musical theatre.
In 2021, Erin took her first step onto the stage as Cinderella, a role she successfully auditioned for, marking the beginning of what would become a series of stellar performances. The following year, she wowed audiences as Aladdin in 2022, showcasing her versatility and stage presence. This year, Erin once again proved her talent by successfully auditioning for a new production of Beauty & The Beast in Torquay.
In the upcoming Beauty & The Beast production, Erin will share the stage with renowned personalities such as CBeebies' Katy Ashworth and Only Fools & Horses' Sue Holderness, highlighting the calibre of talent she is surrounded by. Erin's role as a dancer and team leader for her group underscores not only her exceptional dancing skills but also her leadership qualities.
Erin's dedication to her craft is truly commendable, as she devotes six days a week to dance and even participates in West End Kids in London every Saturday. Her commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed, as she successfully auditioned for and was selected for four out of five programs this year.
Erin's story is an inspiring testament to the power of passion, hard work, and perseverance. We are immensely proud of her accomplishments and the positive representation she brings to our school. As Erin continues to shine on the stage, we eagerly anticipate witnessing her future successes and contributions to the world of performing arts. Congratulations, Erin, on your well-deserved achievements!
