DofE Students Make a Lasting Impact Through Volunteering

We are incredibly proud of our Duke of Edinburgh’s Award students, who have made a meaningful difference in the community through their volunteering efforts. Over the past year, students from Scott College have collectively dedicated an outstanding 1,326 hours to helping others. Across the whole campus, a total of 3,406 hours has been contributed—an impressive figure that highlights the dedication and compassion of our students.
Our students have supported a wide range of causes and initiatives, including assisting in local libraries, dog walking, volunteering at primary schools, helping at Brownie and Beaver clubs, tutoring fellow students, coaching sports, participating in parkrun events, supporting the elderly, and much more.
These weekly commitments reflect not only their generosity with their time but also a strong sense of social responsibility. Their efforts continue to make a meaningful impact on individuals and organisations throughout the community.
We would like to thank and congratulate all of our DofE volunteers for their outstanding contributions. You truly embody the spirit of service and community.
Well done!
