Year 10 Students Excel in National Biology Intermediate Challenge

Our Year 10 students at Scott College recently took part in the Biology Intermediate Challenge, a prestigious national competition organised by the British Biology Olympiad. This challenging event tests students' biology knowledge through two online papers, each lasting 25 minutes, and sees participants competing against peers from across the country.
This year, over 42,000 students nationwide entered the competition, making it a highly competitive event. We are delighted to share that several of our students achieved Commended certificates by scoring 70.5% or higher. Impressively, two of our students came very close to earning Highly Commended status, which requires a score of 76%.
We are incredibly proud of all our Year 10 students for their dedication and outstanding performance in this national biology challenge. Well done to everyone who took part!
